Well If you are an Austen fan (and quite probably if you are not) you should probably be aware that  there are quite a few movie/series adaptations of her books, especially of her most well-know and probably loved, although not my most favorite one, Pride & Prejudice.

Pride and Prejudice is a 1980 BBC television serial, adapted by British novelist Fay Weldon from Jane Austen's novel of the same name, originally published in 1813. This five-episode dramatisation stars Elizabeth Garvie as Elizabeth Bennet and David Rintoul as Mr. Darcy.
